Every RESERVED GALLERY piece is printed to order, just for you. This means less waste and a fresher print — and it's why our timelines have two parts: production and delivery.
Production Time
Orders enter production within 24 hours and 98% are printed, quality-checked, and packed within 48 hours. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order ships.
United States Delivery
- Standard shipping: $8 flat rate
- FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 or more
- Delivery estimate: 6–10 business days from the day you order (production + transit)
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and cart. International orders typically arrive within 10–30 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.
Order Changes & Address Updates
Because items go into production quickly, contact us within 24 hours of ordering at info@reservedgallery.com to change or cancel an order or fix a shipping address. After production begins we can't guarantee changes.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days or your order is significantly late, email us at info@reservedgallery.com — we'll track it down and reship or refund if it's lost.
